I have helped people overcome their fitness barriers and have enormous experience in assisting clients to lose weight, increase tone and boost their energy levels. And the key to this success is by building a solid foundation from the beginning. My clients have ranged from athletes looking to boost their performance to high-level professionals struggling to make the most of their busy time and increase their workplace productivity. I’ve helped people who haven’t exercised for years take their first steps and increase their health and fitness levels. I’ll bring you the confidence to get the results that you want, and will make sure that you have a lot of fun along the way! As a trainer, I am passionate about using correct form, proper technique, and injury prevention as well as motivating, educating and supporting clients in achieving their goals while maintaining a positive and fun environment. I want to bring you wealth, health and a new and exciting experience in fitness, dance, and nutrition! I started dancing at the age of 2 years old, and by the time I was 14, I turned professional. By the time I turned 16, my body was really changing for the better. I was being approached by fitness figures of that time period to do demonstration shows as a duet and to model bikini lines. That was the turning point of my career in Fitness and Dance. From that point on I studied and lived fitness and dance until today, and I continue to still improve myself. I will work closely with you whether your goal is to lose weight, get fit, eat more healthily or simply relieve stress. My mission is to guarantee you start seeing RESULTS within weeks. I am much more than your typical fitness trainer and dance instructor. I’m a blend of a passionate fitness instructor, posture expert and top-notch dancer in one. I embody an undaunted passion for spreading fitness to the world. It is the strength of this passion that helps me motivate people to easily overcome the hurdles and excuses of staying fit. I believe the answer to all of life’s health challenges are best resolved when a person is fit. When people are fit they look and feel good and that makes all the difference in the world.
