The RioHot approach to personal training goes beyond 1 on 1 sessions. Our packages give clients a more
comprehensive service. In addition to personal training sessions, we design an individual training plan for
each client, based on their needs and goals.

Every aspect of a client’s training and lifestyle is considered and the service continues even after the client leaves their 1 on 1 session. All this ensures they are kept on the right track and that they get the results they want.
